TeeTime Companion

Support

Help for authorized users.

TeeTime Companion is privately distributed. Use these steps for secure pairing, connection checks, reservations, notifications, Calendar synchronization, and diagnostics.

Getting started

Pair this iPhone

On the Mac, open TeeTime Setup and choose Pair iPhone. In TeeTime Companion, tap Scan to Connect and scan the one-time code. Codes expire after five minutes and work once. Finish the guided notification and Calendar checks before relying on the app.

Connection

The app cannot connect

On home Wi-Fi, confirm that the Mac and TeeTime Bot are running. Away from home, confirm that the authorized private connection configured during setup is active. Refresh the app and use its connection check before changing any pairing information.

Notifications

An alert does not arrive

Open iPhone Settings, select Notifications, then TeeTime Companion, and confirm that Allow Notifications is enabled. Return to the app and repeat its notification check.

Calendar

A calendar update is missing

Confirm that Calendar access is allowed for TeeTime Companion, then repeat the Calendar check inside the app. Review the reservation itself as well: a booking can be visible while a separate date still needs attention.

Reservations

A tee time is not shown

Refresh the Reservations view and confirm the Mac companion is connected. TeeTime Companion shows reservations you made and tee times where another member added you; those additional reservations are displayed read-only.

New iPhone

Move to another device

Pair the new iPhone from TeeTime Setup on the Mac. Each phone receives its own credential. Keep the old phone paired until the new one passes every setup check, then remove the old phone under Settings → Paired iPhones.

Diagnostics

Prepare a support report

Export diagnostics from the app when support requests them. Review the report before sharing it and never include passwords or active invitations.
