Why CardKeeper

A private memory of the people you meet, not another platform to join.

01

Your contacts stay yours

There is no CardKeeper account. Contacts, card images and notes live on your devices and in your private iCloud. AI card reading runs only after you allow it, and a device-only mode sends nothing at all.

02

Remember why you met

Each contact keeps where you met, private notes, interaction history, groups and the original card, front and back.

03

Names and numbers done right

Accents, printed spellings, international prefixes and extensions are kept. CardKeeper never invents a country code, and you review every card before it is saved.

04

iPhone and Mac

Scan at the event with automatic capture. Follow up from your desk with a real Mac app: email, message, call or FaceTime in one click.

05

No mess

Duplicates are flagged and merged. QR business cards are read. Share a contact without your private notes, and export everything, with images, whenever you like.

How it works

Scan. Review. Keep.

01

Scan

Hold the card in view. Auto Capture takes the front and back; Auto Light helps in a dim room.

02

Review

Fields CardKeeper is unsure about are highlighted. Add where you met and a note, then save. Nothing is saved without you.

03

Keep

The contact, its card images and your notes appear on your Mac through iCloud, ready when you follow up.
